The Essentials of Planning
Many couples opt for an outdoor wedding because of it's simple elegance, the beauty of a natural surrounding and the flexibility an outdoor wedding lends itself to.
Before you get too excited about your wedding you better start planning!
For most couples, planning for an outdoor wedding should begin at least 8-12 months in advance of the actual wedding. You'll need to set aside plenty of time to take care of several details, including finding a wedding dress, wedding location site and reception site.
What are the first few things you'll need to think about when planning your outdoor extravaganza?
Here are just a few of the basic things you'll need to think about when planning your outdoor wedding:
• Location – where do you plan on having your wedding? (park, backyard, beach, mountain top).
• How big will your wedding be?
• Who will you invite?
• Who will you ask to be in your wedding party?
• Where will you have your reception?
• Will your wedding be religious?
• What type of dress do you need?
• What time of day would you like to have your wedding?
• What kind of food should you order?
These are just a few of the many things you will have to consider, whether you are having an outdoor or indoor wedding.
It's obviously essential you need to have a gameplan.
You'll need to keep organized and be sure that you don't forget any important details.
Plan ahead...the day comes sooner than you think!
